I had lunch with a college friend of mine the other day. We ate at Seasons 52, a restaurant known for their use of organic and seasonal foods. Love this restaurant because I can eat light with lots of flavor. I had the spinach salad from the gluten-free menu. It was great catching up with my friend, we don’t see nearly enough of each other.
